Grange Exclusive Homes Limited was founded by David Pollard ACIOB who has been involved in major construction projects throughout the South West since 1986. Formally known as Grange Developments, we specialise in One-off Bespoke Architect designed luxury homes and have gained a good and respected reputation in the area for the quality and style of the homes which we produce. As the company has grown the name has changed to reflect its product and now proudly works as Grange Exclusive Homes Limited.
